• Your BT Phone Number

In the case of your BT account number and phone number, these are optional and only required if you would like us to forward your complaint to BT.

NONE OF THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT WILL BE PUBLISHED ON THE SITE.

YOUR DETAILS ARE KEPT PRIVATE AND ARE NEVER RELEASED TO THIRD PARTIES, EXCEPT BT - AND THAT'S ONLY IF YOU SPECIFY THAT YOU WANT YOUR COMPLAINT FORWARDED.

When you visit any page on our site we may automatically log your IP address. We will not use your IP address to identify you in any way and only collect this information to monitor how people use the site and to identify visitor numbers.

By the way, whilst we will happily provide a platform for you to voice your complaint and offer to forward details of complaints to BT, we make no assertions about the availability of this site and can not be held responsible for any site downtime, or for any loss or damage caused by the failure of us to send a complaint to BT (in the case of technical site failure for example.)
