Order placed by phone to move my number 01680 300*** to a newly built house next door I rang this in on 25th June – told will hear in 48 hrs Rang on 28th told need to wait 4 working days – no call Rang Fri 2 July told will get call in 24 hrs – no call Rang Sat 3 July told will get call in 24 hrs – no call Rang Mon 5th July talked to manager Sajid who said he would need to place a new order 35443*****7 who said it will not take place until 29th July. I said I need it before then as I placed the original order on 25th – he said he would try to make it sooner
On Thur 8th July my 01680 300*** line stopped working. (No engineer has been to fit a new line yet.) I telephoned and talked to Kapil of customer services - and was told this was due to the original order!! I was told it would take 2 to 3 days to put my line back again!!! I use this line to take bookings so it’s important to have it.
At this moment in time I have neither a phone line – no new cable to my new build – no number at my new build - and I’m losing money as I can’t take bookings – it’s a shambles!!!!!!! And it’s all due to your incompetence.
Update ------- It’s now 28th July I’ve had countless phone calls to Steph Warnock customer services but still no line – Just what does it take to get a line moved 50 metres I’ve given up getting angry, nice, encouraging, patient – nothing works NOTHING WORKS so I’ve decided to send all this shambles to any consumer programme who will tell the world what a rubbish organization BT is!!
