to BT!) and truly let off steam - whilst letting the world know exactly
what you think about the service, or lack thereof, which you are receiving
from BT.

Also, lets
make this clear at the outset - This site does not form
any part of BT. They don't own or endorse it. This site is not intended
to simply bad-mouth BT. What I am trying to do here is create a public
platform where people can compare responses of their complaints
to BT with those of other customers in a similar position.
Furthermore,
by giving BT the opportunity to respond to the complaints, this site may
encourage a better understanding of how and why things go wrong.

complaint about BT to you at 7.17pm last night, 13th July 2010.
concerning me being charged £153.93 for an Operator instigated
33 minute phone call to a mobile phone in India. (of which the charges
were not divulged to me beforehand)...
I received a phone call from BT today, 14th July 2010 at 10.35am and
spoke to a lovely young Irish girl who informed me that I was to be
refunded £117.28.
She apologised profusely for the way my BT account had been handled
and has sorted out my future payments to BT via Direct Debit.
I had honestly given up hope of ever resolving this situation and cannot
thank ComplainAboutBT.com enough. What a brilliant Website for us poor
consumers who get trampled on by the "Big" national companies."

who has promised to look into the matter(Freephone numbers are the only
